As IT Operations Business Relationship Manager, you will advise plant managers and operations leaders across PCS facilities. The position emphasizes manufacturing execution, digital thread continuity, technology investment, and reliable shop-floor operations. You will connect business strategy with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities: Support plant implementations, deployments, upgrades, and transformation initiatives
Ensure solutions meet enterprise, cybersecurity, and governance standards
Identify and resolve issues affecting plant performance and continuity




Evaluate investments with operations, finance, and plant leadership
Eliminate redundant, nonstandard, or low-value technology solutions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ experience leading large-scale initiatives
Minimum two years in manufacturing operations IT environments
Experience with ERP, MES, and manufacturing execution systems
Ability to travel to the United States when required
