Own Jobber’s lead nurture and conversion engine from Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo, connecting customer journeys to revenue.
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead the Leads portfolio end to end, from initial nurture through trial conversion. You will diagnose where leads and trials are lost, size opportunities, and prioritize work. Using automation, AI-enriched profiles, and personalized communications, you will connect customer experiences across the funnel. You will partner with Revenue Communications, Product, Sales, Success, Growth, Marketing, and Business Operations to improve journeys at scale.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose funnel losses and prioritize portfolio opportunities
Own programs converting leads into trials and customers
Configure journeys, emails, and automation as needed




Partner cross-functionally on continuous personalized experiences
Keep leadership informed on acquisition plans and handoffs
Requirements: Proven B2B SaaS nurture and conversion program ownership
Experience building enrichment, orchestration, or journey logic
Ability to interpret incomplete data and test hypotheses
Experience moving metrics through program iteration
Ability to understand behavior and change journeys accordingly
