About the Opportunity Lead assurance and advisory engagements for a portfolio of privately held companies, professionals, non-profit organizations, and small public companies
Perform second partner-level reviews of assurance and compilation engagements
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts
Provide accounting, tax, operational, and business advisory guidance to clients




Mentor managers, senior accountants, and junior staff
Assist in practice management, scheduling, and workflow oversight
Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives within the practice
Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm quality-control requirements
Support partners with complex engagements and gradually assume significant client responsibility
About You CPA designation required
10+ years of experience in Canadian public accounting
Ideally 2-3+ years operating at the Senior Manager level
Salary Range $140,000 - $175,000/year
