Cogir Senior Living offers this Associate Health and Wellness Manager role to an experienced nurse pursuing greater responsibility. Working under the Health and Wellness Manager, you will combine clinical competence with administrative oversight. The position includes staff supervision, regulatory compliance, resident advocacy, and participation in Care Conferences.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily nursing department activities and resident care
Engage families to address concerns and care issues
Supervise and evaluate clinical team members
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations




Follow provincial and federal acts, codes, and standards
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, or Registered Psychiatric Nurse registration
Three years of relevant clinical experience preferred
Clinical competence and critical-thinking skills
Effective oral and written communication
Confidential, ethical, adaptable approach to resident care
