Develop V&V; strategies, test plans, and methodologies
Validate end-to-end product performance across the SDLC
Investigate defects and manage quality metrics and KPIs

and current V&V; technologies
Requirements: 8+ years software development or V&V; engineering experience
3+ years leadership or management experience
Hands-on fiber-optical testing and measurement equipment experience
Expertise with Selenium, Robot Framework, JUnit, NUnit, or pytest
Programming or scripting proficiency in Python, C++, or C#
