Build advanced financial models and operating analytics as a Strategic Finance Associate at Clutch, supporting growth from Toronto headquarters.
In this full time role, you will help own Clutch’s financial models, forecasts, and executive materials. You will explain performance, analyze operational data, and develop recommendations with functional leaders. Your work will support business reviews, strategic initiatives, and the company’s finance foundation.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and continuously improve core financial models
Produce monthly and quarterly leadership and board review decks
Translate performance data into actionable business recommendations
Support fundraising, investor diligence, and lender reporting




Prepare rapid ad hoc analysis for executives
Requirements: One to three years of relevant finance experience
Investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance background
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Experience connecting spreadsheets with Looker or Snowflake
Structured thinking, attention to detail, and ownership mentality
Apply strategic finance, forecasting, and analytical skills to help Clutch guide growth and improve business performance.
