The Plant Manager oversees production, maintenance, shipping, receiving, and quality control while improving efficiency through appropriate control measures. You manage payroll systems, employee relations, vacation schedules, collective agreement requirements, and communications with the Quebec Ministry of Labour. Capital projects and emergencies are also part of the mandate.
Key Responsibilities: Lead plant employees and supervise workforce activities
