As Director, SLCI Business Growth, you will guide distribution growth for Sun Life Canada Securities Inc. You will connect advisors with the securities dealer platform, support transitions, and strengthen recruitment performance. The role reports to the President of SLCSI and emphasizes advisor experience, pipeline quality, conversion, and agreed growth targets.
Key Responsibilities: Lead external advisor recruitment and internal advisor transitions
Establish recruitment priorities with senior leaders
Develop strategies for external advisor teams
Track pipeline, conversion, onboarding, and productivity measures




Coordinate due diligence and readiness with business partners
Requirements: Advisor recruitment experience in wealth management or securities
Knowledge of Canadian financial services distribution
Experience managing candidate funnels and conversion targets
Ability to use dashboards, forecasts, and market intelligence
Post-secondary degree or equivalent relevant experience; travel required
