Use customer care and sales skills as a full time Funeral Pre-Planning Sales Representative at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens in Thorold, Ontario.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position promotes funeral and cemetery pre-planning by contacting and meeting client families. You will discuss pre-arranged funerals, cemetery products, and services within the community. Arbor Memorial seeks an action-oriented, self-motivated professional who can prioritize multiple demands while supporting families through significant decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Contact and visit families to assess pre-arrangement needs
Communicate the Company’s Pre Need Funeral planning program
Follow up on referrals, walk-ins, and mail drops
Present programs to community organizations and host seminars




Complete contracts, obtain signatures, and maintain files
Requirements: Registration or completion of accredited funeral pre-planning courses
Previous professional experience demonstrating customer care
Business development, sales, or customer success experience is an asset
Willingness to demonstrate active community involvement
Ability to meet sales results and regulatory requirements
Bring customer care, community engagement, and funeral pre-planning knowledge to Arbor Memorial’s Thorold sales office.
