You will maintain real-time visibility across concurrent processes and intervene when work is at risk. Key Responsibilities: Run daily operations across multiple concurrent equity processes
Track team workload, status, deadlines, and service-level commitments
Maintain review procedures, controls, and quality reconciliations
Manage vest dates, year-end,



and grant-cycle coverage
Provide feedback and hold Analysts accountable
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
Five-plus years leading or supervising transactional teams
Proven accuracy across simultaneous processes and deadlines
Comfort with rapid pace and high-pressure periods
Experience with equity plans and global taxation
Use operational leadership, workload tracking, and equity administration expertise to guide Brookfield’s Analysts through critical processing cycles.
