The National Investigations Manager oversees compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in retail stores. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular and ad-hoc retail store compliance audits
Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and suspicious activities
Analyze transaction, inventory, and surveillance data
Prepare findings, evidence, recommendations, and follow-up reports




Monitor corrective actions and support policy development
Requirements: Three to five years in retail audit or loss prevention
