Ledcor Building seeks a Senior Estimator to guide preconstruction for commercial and light industrial projects. You will shape hard bid, cost-plus, and design-build strategies using Onscreen Take Off, project data, and construction knowledge. The position supports accurate estimates aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead subcontractor and supplier solicitation for complex bids
Analyze plans, specifications, proposals, and quotations
Complete quantity take-offs, site visits, and pricing
Integrate terms, conditions, drawings, and RFIs into bids




Present estimates and develop project execution schedules
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of progressive ICI estimating experience
Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Engineering diploma
Advanced MS Office, OST, and estimating software proficiency
Robust understanding of trade drawings and construction documents
Knowledge of costs, budgeting, and schedule development
