This business-minded lawyer will serve as ConeTec’s internal legal resource. The position improves consistency in legal and contractual matters while reducing business risk. It covers contracts, governance, corporate records, employment, insurance, tax, collections, intellectual property, and privacy.
Key Responsibilities: Build contract review, signing, and escalation frameworks
Own larger contracts, including major customer MSAs
Maintain regional terms, standard contracts, and proposal collateral
Manage corporate records, filings, and entity compliance
Advise on employment, insurance, tax, collections,



and privacy matters
Requirements: Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws from an accredited law school
Membership in good standing with a Canadian law society
Strong commercial contracts drafting and negotiation background
Working knowledge of corporate governance and entity maintenance
Cross-border or international experience
Bring practical legal judgment, commercial contracting strength, and risk-management experience to ConeTec’s internal counsel function.
