This experienced manager oversees impact evaluations, cost-effectiveness analyses, and engineering support for utility clients and regulatory stakeholders. The work includes energy savings estimation, measurement and verification, data analysis, and technical reporting. Candidates need more than five years of qualified experience, including four years evaluating energy efficiency programs.

Estimate gross and net energy savings
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverable quality
Coordinate data collection, modeling,

Develop findings, recommendations, reports, and technical tools
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field
Five-plus years’ working experience and four-plus evaluation years
Experience with energy assessments, energy data, or measurement verification
Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
