Own demand planning, MRP, and production scheduling at TempAid across a multi-site temperature-controlled packaging network. This is a hands-on leadership position.
As Planning Manager, you will convert forecasts, sales input, and live orders into synchronized demand, supply, and production plans. You will operate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, lead Procurement, and coordinate planning across manufacturing, assembly, logistics, and warehousing. The position covers two manufacturing facilities, three assembly warehouses, and five to six distribution warehouses.
Key Responsibilities: Consolidate forecasts, market trends, historical demand, and customer input
Lead S&OP; and integrated business planning cadence
Own MPS, MRP, production, and assembly plans




Manage multi-echelon replenishment and transfer orders
Report planning performance through dashboards and summaries
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or industrial engineering
Five-plus years in multi-site planning experience
Business Central or comparable ERP/MRP planning experience
Advanced Excel modeling and large-data analysis skills
Robust MRP, MPS, inventory, and production planning expertise
Lead TempAid’s supply chain planning engine through Business Central, advanced Excel, MRP, and cross-functional alignment.
