This Master Planning and Logistics Manager leads the facility’s planning systems and strategic operating development. The position connects monthly sales forecasts with demand validation, Demand Capacity Check processes, production plans, and inventory management. It also supports customer and supplier coordination, quality, safety, environmental compliance, and export-control requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the facility through the Demand Capacity Check process
Validate monthly demand forecasts with Sales and Customer Service
Develop production plans aligned with operating requirements




Monitor inventory and working capital against budget
Establish goals, measures, and trend monitoring
Requirements: Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or business
At least five years in planning and logistics
At least five years leading functional teams
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and IATF 16949:2016
