Key Responsibilities: Champion AI-assisted development, testing, documentation, and productivity
Conduct code reviews and mentor developers toward engineering excellence
Lead technical designs aligned with security and operational requirements

and production issues
Evaluate AI capabilities, frameworks, and cloud services through proofs-of-concept
Requirements: Eight or more years of hands-on development experience
Three or more years leading teams or technical initiatives
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or similar tools
Solid .NET, Angular, AWS, and microservices expertise
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
Lead AI-enabled engineering with .NET, Angular, AWS, and microservices while strengthening code quality, delivery, and technical capability.
