The Manager, Initiatives Delivery champions governance for initiative management and execution while ensuring compliance with project and risk management standards. The role leads people management, recruits and coaches employees, supports project staff, and coordinates stakeholders. It also maintains methodologies, policies, procedures, and communication processes.

Facilitate barrier removal and resolve workplace issues
Requirements: Degree or diploma in technology, computer science, or business
Eight years in IT, including information systems implementation
Three to six years of management experience
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
PMP designation or ITIL certification is an asset
Use governance leadership, project management expertise, and people development to support strong ITS delivery at Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries.
