As a senior Product Engineer, you will work across the full stack with Rails and TypeScript. You will investigate customer problems, prototype solutions, create technical plans, and ship production systems. The work spans video streaming, realtime voice agents, agentic search, and product analytics. You will work directly with founders, design, and engineering while using AI throughout your workflow.
Key Responsibilities: Own problems from customer conversations through production validation

Ship and maintain production features
Validate customer outcomes and improve product experiences
Requirements: Senior experience with roughly five-plus years of ownership
Strong full-stack API and frontend engineering skills
Experience building and running production systems
