Project Manager, Game Development
Are you a seasoned project management maestro with an unwavering passion for bringing ambitious console games to life? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join a vibrant and forward-thinking development team. This critical role offers you the unique chance to be at the very heart of game creation, orchestrating complex development cycles and empowering multi-disciplinary teams to achieve their ultimate creative vision. This is a pure project management role, laser-focused entirely on the successful execution of game development, free from the responsibilities of people management or performance feedback.

Your Impact And Responsibilities

Leading essential daily stand-ups and production syncs, facilitating critical cross-departmental alignment for a single, unified project vision.

Developing, maintaining, and diligently monitoring master production schedules, sprint backlogs, and milestone deliverables utilizing industry-standard tools like Jira and Confluence.





Strategically managing studio resource allocation and optimizing team bandwidth to ensure efficient progress across all development phases.

Proactively identifying and tracking functional dependencies, flagging potential staffing or scope risks early in the development pipeline to mitigate challenges before they arise.

Effectively budgeting task time within Jira, focusing solely on project timelines and resource allocation to maintain project velocity.

Attending director meetings, distilling critical action items, and ensuring perfect alignment across all departments, particularly those focused on gameplay features, animation, and level design.

Must-Have Qualifications
To excel in this pivotal role, you will bring a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of game development.

Demonstrated experience working directly in console game development, having successfully shipped at least 1–2 titles. Direct, hands-on experience with the iterative process of game making is essential.

Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, specifically tailored for game development pipelines.

Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence for seamless project tracking and collaboration.

Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to motivate and unify multi-disciplinary creative and technical teams.

A foundational technical awareness of game development and asset creation pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Familiarity with Perforce, demonstrating an understanding of version control systems in a dynamic game development context.
