As Supervisor Surface Production, you will lead frontline operations from commissioning into operational execution. You will supervise fixed-plant activities, manage process safety risks, and support reliable performance in a regulated environment. The role requires solid communication, coaching, and decision-making during changing conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise safe, productive surface production operations
Lead pre-starts, inspections, toolbox talks, and shift handovers
Embed BHP safety and field leadership frameworks




Manage operational risks and emergency situations
Allocate resources and drive continuous improvement
Requirements: Supervisory experience in fixed plant, mining, or heavy industry
Understanding of operational risk and process safety
Experience leading teams through changing conditions
Confidence using operational technologies and digital systems
Experience responding to incidents and corrective actions
