Schneider Electric seeks an experienced senior project management professional for complex data center, mission-critical, and building systems work. You will coordinate construction activities, subcontractors, field supervision teams, clients, consultants, engineering, and commissioning partners. The purpose is to keep delivery safe, efficient, and aligned with project schedules.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate construction and installation activities across project sites
Identify delivery risks and drive recovery plans when needed
Lead site coordination meetings and resolve technical issues
Conduct inspections against specifications, quality, and safety standards




Champion subcontractor health, safety, and environmental compliance
Requirements: Eight or more years of construction management experience
Experience with building automation, industrial, electrical, or infrastructure projects
Working knowledge of BMS/BAS, HVAC, controls, and systems integration
Commissioning, startup, FAT, SAT, or integrated testing experience
Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
