As Senior Sourcing Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives supporting critical supplier categories and Central 1’s technology roadmap. You will advise senior leaders, strengthen supplier performance, and guide commercial decisions using market intelligence, benchmark data, and risk analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Develop enterprise sourcing strategies for critical supplier categories
Lead complex technology and services contract negotiations
Drive supplier performance, governance, and value realization
Advise executives on sourcing, commercial, and supplier risks
Mentor procurement professionals and support transformation initiatives




Requirements: 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial management
Experience leading enterprise sourcing initiatives with $25M+ annual spend
Solid negotiation, financial, analytical, and commercial management skills
Experience managing technology, SaaS, cloud, payments, or cybersecurity suppliers
Understanding of third-party risk, governance, compliance, and resilience
Bring executive influence, commercial expertise, and supplier governance leadership to Central 1’s strategic procurement function.
