This position supports subcontractor coordination, project documentation, estimating, pay requests, change orders, and requests for information. You will also help maintain quality, safety, schedules, submittals, and project costs.
Key Responsibilities: Administer general contracts and subcontracts
Coordinate subcontractor installations and project meetings
Manage schedules, procurement, expediting, and submittals
Process requests for information and change orders

Requirements: Four year degree in construction, engineering, or related field
Two or more years construction management experience
