Job Description Prospr is Sun Life's digital front door for Canadians: startup velocity inside a Fortune 500. We're revolutionizing how Canadians access insurance and wealth solutions by building a platform that lets people buy products the way they want to: online in minutes or virtually via a team of trusted, licensed Advisors. Behind every great client experience is an equally great experience for the people who serve them. We're building the CRM, lead management, workflow automation, and data capabilities that help our Advisors, Service Sales Associates (SSA), and Insurance Wealth Associates (IWA) spend less time navigating systems and more time helping clients. Growth also depends on who we partner with. We're building out our digital partnership ecosystem, expanding our partnerships and lead sources across the digital landscape, along with the CRM and technology experience that connects partners and affiliates to our business. We're not playing it protected. We're building with AI, Salesforce, and modern digital platforms to create connected client and advisor experiences at the speed customers now expect. As a Digital Product Manager focused on Salesforce and digital partnerships, you own the end-to-end product lifecycle, strategy, execution, and business impact for the platforms and workflows our Advisors, SSAs, and IWAs use to manage leads, engage clients, and drive business outcomes, as well as the partner and affiliate experiences that feed them. You set the product vision and define KPIs, then remove friction so your engineering, design, data, and business partners can build and ship better ways of working. You'll operate with the velocity and accountability of a tech startup while navigating enterprise platforms, integrations, data, and stakeholders. You'll turn complex sales processes into intuitive digital workflows, challenge legacy ways of working, and help build a scalable CRM and partnership platform that supports Prospr's growth across our Advisor, SSA, and IWA functions.
What will you do? You set the product strategy for our Salesforce, Advisor, SSA, and IWA experience and our digital partnership ecosystem, define success metrics, and make it easy for your squads to build and ship.
Own and evolve the product roadmap for Salesforce and related Advisor-, SSA-, and IWA-facing capabilities.
Translate advisor and business needs into scalable CRM products, workflows, and platform capabilities.
Improve lead management across the funnel, including lead distribution, prioritization, qualification, follow-up, conversion, and pipeline visibility.
Build out the digital partnership ecosystem, growing Prospr's partnerships and lead sources through the digital landscape.
Enable the experience and technology that give partners, affiliates, and internal teams better visibility into partner lead and affiliate statuses.
Partner with engineering and Salesforce teams on platform capabilities, system integrations, data models, APIs, automation, and technical trade-offs.
Use advisor behaviour, funnel performance, operational data, and user research to identify opportunities and prioritize investment.
Simplify advisor workflows by reducing manual work, unnecessary hand-offs, and fragmented experiences across systems.

Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve advisor productivity and client engagement.
Partner with sales leadership, operations, marketing, compliance, data, engineering, and design to build connected end-to-end experiences.
Balance immediate business needs with a longer-term platform strategy that can scale as Prospr grows.
What do you need to succeed? Advisor, SSA, and IWA Adoption: Advisors, SSAs, and IWAs consistently use the CRM as part of their day-to-day workflow because it makes their work simpler and more effective.
Sales Productivity: Product improvements reduce administrative effort and allow Advisors, SSAs, and IWAs to spend more time engaging with clients and prospects.
Lead & Pipeline Performance: CRM capabilities improve how leads are distributed, prioritized, managed, nurtured, and progressed through the funnel.
Partnership Ecosystem Growth: The digital partnership ecosystem expands, with better partner lead and affiliate statuses and a growing, well-managed set of lead sources.
Consistent Delivery: Squads ship predictably and with high quality, with each release tied to measurable advisor or business outcomes.
Squad Leadership: You lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and Salesforce specialists toward a unified product vision.
Autonomous Execution: Teams operate with clear product requirements, measurable outcomes, and minimal need for escalation.
Stakeholder Trust: Sales and business leadership trust your product judgment, roadmap decisions, and commitments.
Data-Driven Cadence: You establish clear metrics for adoption, Advisor, SSA, and IWA productivity, lead progression, partner and affiliate performance, conversion, and operational performance.
What will be nice to have 4+ years of product management experience, with hands-on experience owning CRM, Salesforce, sales technology, or advisor-facing products.
Demonstrated experience using Salesforce as a product platform, rather than simply managing individual configuration requests or administering the system.
Strong understanding of CRM and sales workflows such as lead management, lead routing, qualification, pipeline management, activities/tasks, customer engagement, and sales productivity.
Demonstrated success owning end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery and strategy through planning, delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization.
Experience partnering with engineering and technology teams on Salesforce integrations, APIs, data flows, workflow automation, and enterprise systems.
Strong product discovery and UX skills, with experience turning complex operational processes into intuitive user experiences.
Experience running an agile product cadence, including prioritization, roadmap planning, dependency management, backlog management, and user testing.
Strong data fluency,

with the ability to translate business goals into measurable product KPIs and use data to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.
Experience working directly with frontline sales teams, Advisors, SSAs, IWAs, relationship managers, or similar users is a strong asset.
Experience with digital partnerships, affiliate, or referral programs, including partner lead flows and status tracking, is a strong asset.
Experience navigating risk, privacy, legal, compliance, and technology constraints in a complex or regulated environment is an asset.
Experience with financial services, insurance, FinTech, or another regulated industry is an asset.
