Our financial services client seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst with 5+ years of experience. You will contribute to a foundational AI project involving engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders. The work focuses on translating direction into backlog items, coordinating delivery, and supporting informed action through clear reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Translate stakeholder direction into backlog items and acceptance criteria
Maintain a structured, current, prioritized backlog
Coordinate meetings, actions, and decision tracking
Report status, risks, dependencies, and decisions
Document requirements and decisions in concise artifacts
Requirements: Five-plus years as a Business Systems Analyst
Two-plus years of artificial intelligence experience
Undergraduate degree
Co-Pilot Studio experience is nice to have
Banking industry experience is nice to have
