Own the Notification and Secure Mail Service at Ontario Health through backlog management, requirements analysis, and agile product delivery. Work in-office from a designated Ontario Health location in Ontario.
This Senior Product Manager leads NaSM, an email, SMS, and document storage service for Cancer Care Ontario screening campaigns. You will manage product direction while supporting EMR/HIS integration expansion across existing virtual care products. Success requires close partnership with Software Development, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Experience Design.
Key Responsibilities: Own NaSM product vision, strategy, backlog, and release priorities
Define functional, non-functional, and testable product requirements
Apply interviews, workshops, surveys, use cases, and process analysis
Identify dependencies, risks,



bottlenecks, and delivery blockers
Recommend features improving experience, operations, and maintainability
Requirements: Seven to ten years of formal requirements analysis experience
Seven to ten years managing backlogs and releases
Agile software development experience in matrixed environments
Ability to apply agile practices and demonstrate Agile Mastery
Experience with healthcare integration projects considered an asset
Use rigorous requirements analysis and agile leadership to guide NaSM and support Ontario Health virtual care services.
