This Technical Project Manager role sits within Customer Operations at Forma.ai. You will manage customer initiatives, translate business needs into actionable plans, and support Sales Performance Management implementations. The work connects customers with Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer projects from planning through post-launch activities
Own timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and issues
Facilitate discovery sessions and translate requirements into workstreams
Coordinate cross-functional delivery priorities, responsibilities, and timelines




Monitor progress and communicate status to stakeholders
Requirements: Education in Engineering, Commerce, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline
Five-plus years in project management, implementation, consulting, or delivery
Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
Experience managing data migration or integration projects
Robust communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
