This Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor directs field execution across SAGD central processing facilities, well pads, and associated infrastructure. The position oversees work quality, staffing, contractors, service providers, and coordination with Operations and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include secure-work compliance, resource planning, cost awareness, and mechanical handover.
Key Responsibilities: Assign daily work and establish safe execution expectations
Supervise, coach, and develop mechanical trades personnel
Coordinate staffing, coverage, overtime, and contractor resources
Monitor labour, consumables, contractor costs,



and variances
Support MOC, commissioning, walkdowns, and mechanical handover
Requirements: Ten years of relevant industrial mechanical maintenance experience
Demonstrated experience leading crews or contractors
Knowledge of maintenance planning and equipment history
Strong judgment, coaching, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to meet site access and field requirements
Use field leadership, cost awareness, and mechanical expertise to coordinate dependable maintenance delivery for Greenfire Resources.
