As AVP, HR Services Delivery and Technology, you will turn IGM’s future-state service model into a practical, multi-year roadmap. You will connect HR priorities with platform evolution, digital service design, and operational governance. Your leadership will simplify transactions, strengthen support, and build capabilities for integrated HR delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Translate HR priorities into an integrated enterprise technology roadmap
Reduce fragmentation, duplicate entry, and unnecessary service hand-offs
Expand automation and AI-enabled services while preserving appropriate controls
Hold teams and partners accountable for execution and value realization




Operationalize governance, decision rights, and recent ways of working
Requirements: 12+ years’ leadership experience in HR technology, operations, or service delivery
Enterprise transformation and team leadership experience in complex organizations
Experience with technology roadmap ownership and data-led service leadership
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or comparable service-management platforms preferred
Digital product management, AI, or automation experience preferred
