CMR seeks an experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee planning, governance, reporting, and performance management. You will develop project controls processes, manage budgets and cash flows, and coordinate controls resources. The work supports project leadership and informed decision-making across assigned projects or programmes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead project controls activities across complex projects and programmes
Develop processes, procedures, standards, and reporting requirements
Manage cost, scheduling, forecasting, change control, and earned value
Coordinate reports, dashboards, forecasts, and executive summaries




Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and data quality
Requirements: 12+ years in project controls or related disciplines
Experience managing controls across complex projects, programmes, or portfolios
Strong EVMS processes, reporting, and compliance knowledge
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
