The Customer Quality Project Manager leads quality projects throughout their lifecycle and serves as the primary liaison between customers and cross-functional teams. This role combines customer relationship management, quality engineering, problem solving, and data reporting. Its purpose is to meet quality expectations, address concerns, and implement continuous improvement actions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead customer quality projects from initiation through closure
Manage complaints, warranty claims, and field quality concerns
Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Sales




Drive CAPA and validate corrective action effectiveness
Present quality trends and recommendations to leadership and customers
Requirements: Minimum three years with QA systems, regulations, guidelines, and standards
Three or more years of client engagement experience
Knowledge of 8D, RCA, 5 Why, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience in HVAC, ISO 9001, manufacturing, or engineered products preferred
Apply customer relationship management, quality engineering, CAPA, and analytics to resolve issues at Johnson Controls.
