As District Energy Team Lead, you will shape Pinchin’s District Energy Systems practice. You will lead engineers, designers, technicians, and EITs across thermal networks, energy centers, utility infrastructure, retrofits, and new developments. The position combines technical leadership, people management, project delivery, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Shape District Energy Systems practice direction and growth
Lead, grow, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams
Provide technical leadership as Lead Engineer or Technical Manager
Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and quality




Build relationships with utilities, campuses, municipalities, and clients
Requirements: 10+ years of district energy industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Skilled Engineer registration with a Canadian provincial regulator
Experience delivering complex multidisciplinary district energy projects
Ability to travel to client and project sites
Bring district energy expertise, mechanical engineering leadership, project delivery, and client relationship skills to Pinchin’s national practice.
