Lead financial planning and forecasting for O’Dell HVAC Group in Burlington, Ontario, using advanced analysis to guide regional business performance.
As Regional Financial Director, FP&A;, you will partner with senior leaders and operational teams on strategic financial decisions. Your work will cover budgeting, forecasting, modelling, scenario analysis, profitability, working capital, and cash flow. You will also oversee the Regional Controller while supporting accurate reporting and robust controls.
Key Responsibilities: Lead annual planning and rolling forecasting with operational leaders
Analyze regional performance, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Develop models, scenarios, business cases, and investment analyses
Present financial reviews, findings, forecasts,



and recommendations
Oversee reporting quality and accounting controls through the Controller
Requirements: Ten plus years of progressive finance experience
Senior FP&A;, commercial finance, or strategic finance experience
Finance, accounting, economics, or business post-secondary education
CPA, CFA, MBA, FPAC, or comparable qualification
Advanced Excel, ERP, and business intelligence tools experience
