This client-facing position connects business priorities with technology investments and delivery oversight. You will maintain roadmaps, prepare budgets, assess asset lifecycles, and present consequences of deferral. Collaboration with service delivery, solution architects, project teams, and account management keeps approved initiatives accountable.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
Prepare budgets for services, licensing, infrastructure, and projects
Track renewals, technical debt, and investment requirements
Ensure initiatives have scope, owners,



timelines, and outcomes
Monitor commitments and adjust priorities as needs change
Requirements: Five or more years of progressive technology experience
Experience creating technology roadmaps and risk recommendations
Robust understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure
Ability to coordinate client portfolios and internal teams
MSP experience is an asset
Apply roadmap leadership, financial planning, and technical understanding to connect client investments with measurable business priorities.
