The Manager, ITS Product Area – Corporate leads strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management for corporate technology products and applications. This role serves as a liaison among business stakeholders, technology teams, platform services, and delivery partners. Responsibilities span executive approvals, business cases, enterprise alignment, requirements, releases, quality, vendor contracts, budgets, and operational planning. The manager also recruits, coaches, evaluates, and develops employees and contract staff while supporting customer service, succession planning, and workplace safety responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead product teams toward roadmaps, commitments, and organizational objectives
Secure approvals for investment, scope, prioritization,



and business planning
Oversee product releases, quality, feedback, and issue resolution
Recruit, manage, coach, evaluate, and develop departmental employees
Negotiate service agreements and manage vendor obligations and risks
Requirements: Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, certification, and experience
At least nine years in an information technology setting
At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience
Expertise in technology trends, solutions, standards, and methodologies
Ability to deliver portfolios supporting multiple engineering teams
Bring delivery leadership, people management, vendor negotiation, and technology acumen to MBLL’s corporate product area.
