VP Foundations seeks an experienced Estimator for foundation, ground improvement, and shoring projects. You will evaluate opportunities, identify risks, develop pricing strategies, and support successful project delivery. The work involves collaboration with operations, project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and contract requirements
Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed project cost estimates
Coordinate subcontractor and supplier quotations throughout tendering
Develop labor, equipment, material,



and subcontract pricing strategies
Support bid reviews, proposals, procurement, and project handoffs
Requirements: Minimum five years of relevant estimating experience
Degree or diploma in civil engineering or construction management
Advanced Microsoft Excel and estimating software proficiency
Experience reviewing drawings and performing detailed quantity take-offs
Knowledge of foundations, shoring, piling, or ground improvement
Apply analytical estimating expertise, commercial judgment, and construction knowledge to VP Foundations projects across Western Canada.
