As a Senior Electrical Designer, you will coordinate electrical design through schematic development and contract documents. The work covers lighting, power, and systems for data center, technology, media, and telecommunications projects. You will collaborate with project managers and multiple engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: Provide electrical design for large data center and TMT projects
Coordinate electrical teams through schematic and contract document phases
Review documents for conflicts across project disciplines
Select equipment, systems,



and devices; edit electrical specifications
Conduct QA/QC and support construction contract administration
Requirements: Five years of related industry experience
Five years designing North American data center or TMT projects
Technical degree or related education and industry experience
Advanced 3D design software and coordination tool skills
Knowledge of discipline codes, specifications, and industry practices
Apply electrical design, 3D coordination, and multidisciplinary review expertise to support HDR’s critical building infrastructure projects.
