As Change and Talent Manager, you will lead change management for a complex business or technology transformation initiative. Your work includes assessing impacts and readiness, developing communications, supporting training, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. You will help leadership remain aligned while monitoring risks and organisational readiness.

Develop and support change communications
Monitor change risks and organisational readiness
Work closely with business and programme leadership
Requirements: Significant experience leading transformation change management
Robust change impact and readiness assessment skills
Executive advisory and stakeholder engagement capability
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication abilities
Enterprise Asset Management experience preferred
