Key Responsibilities: Lead the regulated growth portfolio from identification through project execution
Evaluate opportunities using market, customer, operational, and regulatory knowledge
Optimize capital deployment and influence prioritization decisions
Align cross-functional teams and resolve competing priorities




Present recommendations and business cases to executive decision-makers
Requirements: University degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, or related discipline
15+ years in business development, commercial strategy, or investment analysis
Experience in energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries
Robust stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication capabilities
Extensive knowledge of the NGTL System and regulated business environments
