Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Manage project execution, tracking progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for project-specific needs.




Ensure all projects adhere to aviation industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and documentation to senior management and clients.
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Facilitate team meetings and maintain clear lines of communication within the remote team structure.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a significant portion in the aviation industry.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation through to completion.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote setting.
Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry trends.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be legally authorized to work remotely and possess the necessary documentation for South Africa .
