Key Responsibilities: Serve as Coupa technical specialist across core procurement modules
Monitor platform health, adoption, and performance metrics
Resolve integration issues through root-cause analysis and permanent fixes
Lead master data alignment across procurement and finance systems




Deliver configurations, implementations, testing, rollouts, and hypercare support
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Six-plus years of eProcurement systems experience
Hands-on Coupa sustainment or implementation experience strongly preferred
Experience with ERP integrations and enterprise environments
Solid Excel, data analysis, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
