Build the creative intelligence engine for Clever Digital Marketing in Canada, connecting consumer psychology, performance data, and portfolio-wide learning.
As Head of Creative Strategy, you will help CDM’s in-house creative team find current winners for large home improvement accounts. Your leadership will connect creative strategy, execution, performance, and learning as one system. You will develop frameworks that make iterations deliberate and evidence-based, while helping Media Buyers and editors create stronger briefs and recommendations. The position partners with Paid Social, Paid Search, CRO, Client Success, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Build systems translating customer and market data into direction
Capture and apply learnings across accounts
Review work and challenge strategic thinking




Develop briefing standards and learning loops
Hire and develop future Creative Strategy talent
Requirements: Strong direct-response and consumer-psychology experience
Creative strategy or performance creative leadership background
Experience scaling teams, departments, or operating systems
Clear, decisive communication and strategic action
CRO and landing-page testing familiarity preferred
Strengthen CDM’s performance marketing engine with consumer psychology, creative intelligence, cross-account learning, and decisive leadership.
