Lead business operations at Payward Services by strengthening partner launches, business cadence, and cross-functional execution across open finance infrastructure.
As Lead, Business Operations, you will support PWS leadership as an operating partner and generalist. You will coordinate planning, reporting, strategic projects, and launch readiness across Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance. The work supports Payward Services, Payward’s enterprise infrastructure platform for trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services.
Key Responsibilities: Run planning, goal-setting, business reviews, and leadership updates
Track performance metrics and maintain the business operating cadence
Automate manual workflows using AI tools and integrations
Build repeatable partner launch processes with Solutions,



Product, and Compliance
Lead strategic cross-functional projects critical to PWS success
Requirements: Four or more years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or similar roles
In-house experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or crypto
Experience owning processes end to end and driving completion
Ability to use AI tools, scripts, or no-code automation
Explicit communication, data comfort, and rigorous attention to detail
Bring operating judgment, automation skills, and launch discipline to Payward Services as it scales its financial infrastructure platform.
