As an experienced TMW subject matter expert, you will connect transportation processes with software capabilities. The work includes workflow optimization, database reporting, business analysis, and operational support. You will work with dispatchers, brokerage specialists, warehousing staff, and shared IT teams.
Key Responsibilities: Map workflows and identify transportation operational bottlenecks
Customize TruckMate settings, fields, menus, and layouts
Develop and maintain SQL-based operational reports
Test system changes before production release
Train staff on workflows, reports, and updates
Requirements: Minimum three years administering Trimble TruckMate
Transportation experience with freight brokerage and warehousing
Strong SQL query development and report writing
Ability to translate feedback into workflow solutions
Full-time on-site availability in Mississauga, Ontario
