At Respawn, part of Electronic Arts, you will define how Bots replicate successful player behaviors across skill levels. You will design updates, improve quality of life, and guide systems from implementation through release and post-release support. Player metrics, sentiment, and playtest feedback will inform decisions. Strong scripting abilities support independent work with engineers and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities: Identify successful tactics and patterns in Apex Legends matches
Establish Bot behavior and performance expectations
Support engineers implementing changes to AI systems




Hold and communicate the feature vision to collaborators

Requirements: Three or more years of professional multiplayer game design
Direct NPC or AI behavior development experience
