Strengthen supply continuity at SinaLite in Markham through overseas supplier development, material qualification, and data-driven sourcing, with three office days weekly.
This Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop supply options for core product lines while protecting quality, availability, and total landed cost. You will oversee material trials, supplier performance, SQF approved-supplier requirements, and incoming-lot traceability. The role partners with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Quality through the SIOP process.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and onboard overseas suppliers for core lines
Maintain domestic backups for critical materials
Track supplier yield, defects, delivery, claims, and corrective action
Own SQF supplier approval and material lot traceability




Support monthly SIOP alignment across demand and supply
Requirements: Five-plus years sourcing in a manufacturing setting
Direct experience with films, laminates, paperboard, or substrates
Technical depth assessing material trials and yield results
Packaging, printing, converting, or digital-print experience is an asset
Experience with approved-supplier programs is an asset
Use supplier development, technical qualification, and performance management to improve SinaLite’s supply resilience and material outcomes.
