Drive predictable content delivery for EA SPORTS FC using schedules, stakeholder reporting, and workflow improvements in a hybrid Vancouver setting. Work onsite Tuesday through Thursday at EA Vancouver while coordinating operational initiatives across teams.
As Associate Development Manager, you will report to the Development Director - FC and support content initiatives across the EA SPORTS FC portfolio. The position emphasizes delivery structure, process clarity, status visibility, and workflow improvement. You will partner with Producers, Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage work on time, to quality, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Build schedules with milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines
Align teams on progress, risks, blockers, and next steps




Document production and partner workflows, handoffs, and dependencies
Report campaign and seasonal content delivery status
Implement scalable workflow improvements and automation
Requirements: Two or more years in project management or team leadership
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with Jira is an asset
Bring project management, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement skills to EA SPORTS FC content delivery at EA Vancouver.
