Lead MCC’s premium-label manufacturing operation with hands-on oversight of safety, quality, customer delivery, and packaging performance priorities.
As Plant Manager, you will guide daily operations and develop plant leaders and frontline teams. You will coordinate production priorities, staffing, and resources while supporting sustainable packaging performance through practical continuous improvement. Printing or packaging experience is preferred, alongside solid financial, analytical, and corrective-action capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Build a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
Coordinate production priorities and resources for customer requirements
Support customer issue resolution with Commercial and Quality teams
Review operating, cost,



and performance reports for sound decisions
Communicate site changes effectively to plant employees
Requirements: Typically seven or more years of manufacturing or operations experience
At least three years leading teams in plant environments
Printing or packaging experience preferred
Demonstrated success improving operational KPIs through continuous improvement
Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds
Apply plant management, packaging awareness, safety leadership, and operational analysis to help MCC deliver reliable manufacturing results.
