Coordinate launch customers and delivery teams as Maritime Launch Services prepares missions from Halifax for Spaceport Nova Scotia operations.
This experienced Operations Program Manager serves as the primary day-to-day contact for customer program teams. You will guide launch programs through planning, readiness, execution, and close-out. The position requires organized communication across engineering, safety, regulatory, facilities, operations, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities: Act as daily liaison between Maritime Launch and customers
Guide programs from initiation through mission completion
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings
Support readiness reviews, campaign planning, and close-out activities




Drive continuous improvement in program processes and tools
Requirements: Five or more years of program, project, or operations management
Experience working directly with technical or operational customers
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
Solid communication, organization, and relationship management abilities
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
Bring customer-facing program management, launch planning, and stakeholder coordination skills to Maritime Launch Services’ Canadian space programs.
